People behind Paadhai :
Ramesh Santhanam
Ramesh is an engineer with a post graduate degree in Industrial
Management. He has been an entrepreneur, since 1985.  He founded IT
companies, built them from scratch to successful global organizations.   With
a good network in the USA and Europe, Ramesh has been involved in a few
voluntary and charitable organizations focusing on women, children and
environment.  He founded Paadhai along with James and Sylvie, with the
primary motive of educating dalits and making them self-reliant.
 
L R Narayanan (LRN)
LRN is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and
is a senior partner in a leading accounting firm.  He is an M&A specialist, with
IT focus.  He interests include environment and rehab of oppressed people.
